Once your item is in production, you’ll receive tracking info as soon as it ships.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Tee Theory, every item is made just for you. Because our products are printed on demand, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Just send us an email at TeeTheoryApparel@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Orders

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the cost of reshipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please double-check your shipping info before completing your order.
